Enter via the main gate as signed and you will see the carpark on the left inside the gates.
Taxis are available, but you may have to pre-order. Journey time to Colchester is approx 40 mins and to Chelmsford is approx 15 mins.
We’ve reserved a block of 20 rooms for our guests at Leez Priory. So be quick and use the button below or use the RSVP page and we can arrange your rooms for you. Price is £150 per room ( for 2 People) and you can join us for an inclusive full English breakfast the following day. (Check in from 12, Checkout at 10 am.)

Alternatively, Chelmsford is approx. 20 mins and Braintree is 15 mins away. Colchester is 40 Mins away. Prebooking a Taxi, if you are taking one, is strongly recommended.

Two reception rooms in the Main House offer contrasting styles and backdrops. The Tudor Room has exposed beams and an enormous inglenook fireplace. The Light Oak Room is lined with oak panelling and is home to a baby grand piano.
The warm and cosy ambience in the bar can be credited to the generous log fire with copper hood. The bar extends the length of the room and is well-stocked with a variety of wines, beers and tipples for you to enjoy.
The house is set within 40 acres of private grounds. The inner courtyard includes a croquet lawn and is the perfect sunny spot for drinks and canapés. Enjoy two lakes, a babbling brook and wooded areas for your photographs.
The converted cellar now offers a modern and contemporary space in which to dance the night away. Come downstairs to the spacious disco-lit dancefloor with vaulted ceiling above where the entertainment and afterparty will be held.
